Not Your Kind is an outdoor and recreation business. All photos are taken by Not your Kind and produced through Picturem.

PAYMENT TERMS

Products remain property of Not your Kind until the full payment is made. The prices are applicable to the date of purchase. Shipping costs and fees are recognized by the purchaser before confirmation. American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover & Diners, JCB, and CUP are accepted. All payments are done through Stripe.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Not Your Kind reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Services, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.

Not Your Kind has the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer in stock or the customer does not pay in full.

RETURN POLICY

Because orders are custom printed based on your order we cannot accept returns unless there is an issue with the print or it arrived damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to remedy any issues.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped through UPS Ground Shipping. Please allow 15 days production time (through Picturem) and delivery. We know you are excited about getting your order so we will make sure to ship it as soon as possible.
